Rowville house

An existing north facing double brick house with a flat roofing was causing issues for the owners. With the existing roof, possums were getting in and it was difficult to access services. The proposal included a new pitched roof, as well as a new garage and sunroom extension. The new sunroom is nestled amidst mature landscaping. The interventions provided by the new design create a new configuration on site with a different relationship to the existing landscape. The proposed roof houses full attic storage and provides a good angle for the solar panels to access northern sun.
